"Teaching and learning should bring joy.
How powerful would our world be if we had kids who were not afraid
to take risks, who were not afraid to think, and who had a champion?
Every child deserves a champion,
an adult who will never give up on them,
who understands the power of connection,
and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be."
My name is Anna Duplisea and I am so excited to have your child as a part of my class this year. This is my first year teaching at Forest Park. However, Forest Park is already a part of me, as I was a student here from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Teaching at Forest Park now feels like coming back home! I was born and raised in the Kannapolis area and am proud to call it home. I'm excited to start this journey and give back to the place that has made me who I am!
Every child has great potential and I believe that, as an educator, it is my responsibility to believe in them before they even learn to believe in themselves. I trust that a student will be what others believe they can be, and I believe that all of my students are world changers!
Please feel free to contact me at any point during the school year via e-mail at email@example.com
